Anyone who: Wants to celebrate women who are breaking barriers and challenging the status quo in roles/fields where women are not in parity. You must be 18 years of age and an Indian citizen to be eligible.

You can submit your entries on https://centerfresh.in/sochkarofresh. Enter who are you filling the nomination for – Self or someone else. Post which input basic details like name, email, phone number as asked and input the story (Minimum 50 words).

The story can be in the direction as follows (but not limited to): Tell us about your struggles, small wins, motivations and beliefs to work in such roles where there aren’t many women.

The best and winning stories will be shared across our website, social media handles and other platforms. Center Fresh and associated partners will reserve the right to use your entries for promotion.

The Judges will evaluate the entry basis
a. the entry should capture qualities of determination, resilience, grit,
b. the capability of the story to influence people and bring change in their life & the society,
c. creating awareness of roles/fields where women are not participating in parity.

• • If your entry is shortlisted you will need to share the contact details of the person featured in the story. Kindly keep it handy
• • All entries need to be of women who are breaking barriers in fields where women there aren’t any women
